Numerous articles have been published on the techniques of endoscopic sinus surgery. Fewer articles are available regarding the effectiveness of these procedures in curing the patient's symptoms. A retrospective review of eighty patients was performed to outline their symptoms and determine the success of the surgery. Partial middle turbinate resection was performed in all patients.
