OBJECTIVE To study adhesion between endometrial tissue and peritoneum using intact amniotic membranes as an in vitro model. DESIGN A cell biologic and immunohistochemical study. SETTING Tertiary-care university medical center. PATIENTS Ten patients with regular and ovulatory cycles.
