AIM To report the healing of a periradicular lesion following nonsurgical root canal treatment of a dental invagination. SUMMARY A case of dens invaginatus type 3 with a periradicular lesion and a healthy pulp is reported. Nonsurgical root canal treatment of the invagination was performed successfully and resolved an associated periradicular lesion.
