PURPOSE We evaluated the indications for and outcome of pre-transplant, concomitant and post-transplant native nephrectomy in patients with end stage polycystic kidney disease (PCKD). MATERIALS AND METHODS The records of 32 patients were retrospectively reviewed using the electronic database at our institution.
