This paper presents the concepts of ubiquitous sensor networking. It envisages the existence of numerous independent sensor networks. The networks gather information about physical phenomena and collaborate with wide area mobile networks to provide more accurate and more relevant information to end-users. It is proposed that the architecture of the sensor network gateway interacts with users on behalf of sensor networks and provides attributes based access and querying.
