We developed an integrative knowledge competence framework ("knowledge competence wheel") dedicated to ERP implementation, based on empirical evidence from UK industries.The framework assembles knowledge components from multiple perspectives, including knowledge layers, knowledge types and knowledge lifecycle.The study reveals key knowledge determinants that drive knowledge creation, transfer, retention and application in ERP systems implementation.We also developed a "knowledge network model… CONTINUE READING
