BACKGROUND The permanent form of junctional reciprocating tachycardia (PJRT) commonly presents as recurrent drug-refractory, narrow-complex tachycardia. We studied the efficacy and safety of catheter ablation in treating these patients. METHODS AND RESULTS Six patients with the diagnosis of PJRT were treated at our institution with direct-current catheter ablation.
