Electrophoretic mobility of leukocytes in leukemia patients.

Abstract

Lymphocytes isolated from the blood of healthy individuals (analyzed on Parmoquant-2 apparatus) showed mean electrophoretic mobility (EM) of 1.00 +/- 0.05 um sec-1 V-1 cm and the histogram appeared to be an asymmetric curve - sum of B and T lymphocytes subpopulation. In 11 patients with chronic lymphatic leukemia (CLL) and in 4 with acute lymphatic leukemia… (More)
