Electronic-Photonic Integrated Circuit for 3D Microimaging

Abstract

An integrated electronic-photonic phase-locked loop (PLL) modulates the frequency of a tunable laser for use in frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) lidar 3D imaging.
