The matrix element of the electromagnetic current between pion states is calculated in quenched lattice QCD at a temperature of T=0.93 Tc. The non-perturbatively improved Sheikholeslami–Wohlert action is used together with the corresponding $\mathcal{O}(a)$ improved vector current. The electromagnetic vertex function is extracted for pion masses down to 360 MeV and momentum transfers Q2≤2.7 GeV2.

TLDR
The Ward-Takahashi identity is satisfied at nonzero temperature in the soft pion limit and the in-medium electromagnetic form factor of the pion is obtained in the timelike region and shown to be reduced in magnitude, especially near the vector-meson resonance region. Expand

Abstract The temperature corrections to the current algebra Gell-Mann, Oakes, and Renner (GMOR) relation in SU(2) ⊗ SU(2) are investigated in the framework of QCD sum rules. There are no correctionsExpand
A measurement of the space-like pion electromagnetic form factor
