Electrodiagnostic investigation of the motor neuron and spinal reflex arch (H-reflex) in spinal cord injury

Abstract

Twenty patients with spinal cord injury underwent serial electromyographic examinations. Fibrillation potentials and positive waves were noted in six patients in the spinal shock phase.
