A new electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of protein biomarker platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB) was developed based on graphene oxide (GO) initiated silver enhancement. The immunosensor was fabricated based on the traditional sandwich protocol using secondary anti-PDGF-BB antibody (Ab(2)) modified GO as label.
