A carboxyl functionalized graphene oxide (GO-COOH) and electropolymerized poly-l-lysine (PLLy) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated and used for the construction of an electrochemical deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) biosensor.
