The unipolar sinusoidal pulse width modulation full-bridge transformerless photovoltaic (PV) inverter can achieve high efficiency by using latest superjunction metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) together with silicon carbide (SiC) diodes.
