Leaf, petal, petiole, and intermodal stems of six chrysanthemum cultivars were incubated on a medium supplemented with 0.00–6.66 μM benzyladenine (BA) either alone or in combination with 2.85–8.56 μM indoleacetic acid (IAA), and 0.46 μM kinetin (Kin). Significant differences in frequency of regeneration were observed among different cultivars when grown on media containing different plant growth regulators (PGRs).
