PURPOSE We compared the efficacy and safety of sodium hyaluronate (SH) and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) in treating mild to moderate dry eye. METHODS Sixty-seven patients with mild to moderate dry eye were enrolled in this prospective, randomized, blinded study.
