The effects of two novel platelet activating factor (PAF) antagonists BN50726 and BN50739 on arrhythmias, haemodynamics and extent of necrosis during myocardial ischaemia and reperfusion were investigated in anaesthetized rabbits subjected to coronary artery ligation. 2.
