以抗倒伏性不同的2组油菜品种为材料,研究了油菜灌浆后期肉桂醇脱氢酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、蔗糖合成酶和过氧化物酶活性与油菜抗倒伏性的关系。结果表明:灌浆后期抗倒伏品种4种酶的活性均高于倒伏品种,其中:肉桂醇脱氢酶活性在2组材料中均较高,而且差异较小;β-1,3-葡聚糖酶,蔗糖合成酶,过氧化物酶活性在抗倒伏油菜中显著高于其在倒伏油菜中的活性。肉桂醇脱氢酶在灌浆后期对油菜生长有重要作用,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、蔗糖合成酶、过氧化物酶在抗倒伏性不同的品种间存在差异,这进一步说明油菜茎秆纤维素、木质素的累积特性可能是影响油菜茎秆抗倒的原因之一。
