The aim of the current study was to investigate the probable protective effects of Pentoxifylline (PTX) and Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), which display anti-oxidative efficacy against hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity, those being the major side effects of Methotrexate (MTX).
