Neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by resection has become the mainstay in the treatment of hepatoblastoma (HB). The changes after chemotherapy typically result in tumor necrosis and a fibrohistiocytic response. We have observed that treated HBs undergo additional morphologic changes that have not been described.
