This study was undertaken to investigate the effect of dietary oxidized fats on the relative mRNA concentrations and the activities of fatty acid synthase (FAS) and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) in the liver of rats treated with vitamin E or selenium.
