Diadenosine polyphosphates (Ap4A, Ap5A, Ap6A) induce vasodilatation or vasoconstriction in various isolated vessels and influence central and peripheral hemodynamics. The influence of diadenosine polyphosphates on hemodynamics was studied in anesthetized rats in vivo.
