AbstractAim:To investigate whether aspirin has an influence on endothelial progenitor cells (EPC).Methods:Total mononuclear cells (MNC) were isolated from peripheral blood by Ficoll density gradient centrifugation, then cells were plated on fibronectin-coated culture dishes.
