BACKGROUND Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a chronic disorder with unknown etiology. Failure in OCD treatmentcompulsive is common and finding effective augmentations in treatment of OCD will benefit patients. Antipsychotic augmentation is a common strategy for treatment resistant OCD.
