Abstract

GTP hydrolysis on elongation factor (EF) Tu . ribosome complexes has been assayed in the presence of 2'(3')-O-L-phenylalanyladenosine (AdoPhe), i.e. the 3'-terminal portion of Phe-tRNAPhe.
