Effects of altered portal hemodynamics after distal splenorenal shunts.

Abstract

Patients with cirrhosis who had undergone the distal splenorenal shunt were grouped based on preoperative to early postoperative changes in hepatic portal perfusion and corrected sinusoidal pressure.
