BACKGROUND Aerobic exercise is an important ally in the fight against cardiovascular risk factors. However, the effects of high-intensity exercise on these factors are still poorly known. OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of aerobic and anaerobic exercise protocols on cardiac risk factors.
