This study examined the influences of titanium (Ti) discs with similar surface roughnesses (R(a) values), but with different topographies and chemical compositions, on the adhesion, spreading, and the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of osteoblast-like cells and normal human fibroblasts.
