Postharvest storage study of tomatoes was carried out using low density polyethylene bag (LDPE) and chlorine cleaning (NaOCl) to compare the effects of NaOCl and LDPE. The postharvest quality of tomatoes was evaluated by monitoring and analyzing the parameters including weight loss, color change, titrable acidity (TA), total soluble solid (TSS), and firmness measurement in every two-day.
