The effects of lithium (LI) and carbamazepine (CBM) on thyroid hormone metabolism were investigated in 11 regions of the brain and three peripheral tissues in rats decapitated at three different times of day (4:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.).
