The present study examined the effects of (1-[(2-thiazolin-2-yl)amino]-acetyl-4-(1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene)-2,3, 4,5- tetrahydro-1H-1-benzazepin-3,5-dione hydrochloride (KF-14363) on liver fibrosis in rats with chronic liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4).
