PURPOSE To investigate the effects and toxicities of gelatin hydrogel (GH) loading mitomycin C (MMC) on IOP and conjunctival scarring in a canine model of glaucoma surgery in comparison with conventional MMC application. METHODS Glaucoma surgery models were made in six beagles.
