Vegetable oil is considered as the alternation of traditional mineral oil serving as the insulation medium due to the considerable dielectric property and the excellent biodegradation. In this paper, thermal step method (TSM) was applied to analyze the space charge distribution in the insulating vegetable oil reinforced with BN nanoparticles.
