The experiment used Shennong 9816 (Super rice) and Qiuguang (Ordinary rice) as tested material. These two kinds of rice were grown in different pots, added at four concentration rates of Na3AsO4·12H2O (0 mg kg-1, 20 mg kg-1, 40 mg kg-1 and 60 mg kg-1), to simulate the paddy field contaminated by arsenic.
