We tested how 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, tropisetron (TR) and ondansetron (ON) affect the hyperlocomotion induced by single dose of ethanol EtOH) in mice. EtOH in a dose-dependent manner (0.5-2.0 g/kg ip) increased locomotion of mice.
