Tenoxicam is an effective analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent for symptomatic treatment of various conditions. The purpose of this study was to evaluate clinically the effectiveness of prophylactic tenoxicam and prophylactic ibuprofen in reducing post-endodontic pain compared with placebo.
