To investigate the effects of bosentan (Ro 47-0203), an endothelin receptor antagonist, on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of warfarin, a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized, two-way crossover study was performed in 12 healthy male volunteers.
