We study the effect of bound nucleon form factors on charged-current neutrino-nucleus scattering. The bound nucleon form factors of the vector and axial-vector currents are calculated in the quark-meson coupling model. We compute the inclusive 12 Csnm , m ˛ dX cross sections using a relativistic Fermi gas model with the calculated bound nucleon form factors. The effect of the bound nucleon form factors for this reaction is a reduction of ,8% for the total cross section, relative to that…

Impact of medium modifications of the nucleon weak and electromagnetic form factors on the neutrino mean free path in dense matter
Impact of the in-medium modified nucleon weak and electromagnetic form factors on the neutrino mean free path in dense matter is studied by considering both the weak and electromagnetic interactions
Octet baryon electromagnetic form factors in nuclear medium
We study the octet baryon electromagnetic form factors in nuclear matter using the covariant spectator quark model extended to the nuclear matter regime. The parameters of the model in vacuum are
Vector and axial nucleon form factors: A duality constrained parameterization
We present new parameterizations of vector and axial nucleon form factors. We maintain an excellent descriptions of the form factors at low momentum transfers, where the spatial structure of the
Effect of neutrino magnetic moment and charge radius on the neutrino mean free path in dense matter with medium modifications of the nucleon form factors
A study of neutrino charge radius and magnetic moment on the neutrino electroweak interaction with dense nuclear matter are performed by considering medium modifications of the weak and
Density dependence of parity violation in electron quasi-elastic scattering
Within the framework of a relativistic single-particle model, we investigate the effect of the density dependent form factor on parity violating electron scattering from a heavy nucleus in the
Signals for Strange Quark Contributions to the Neutrino (Antineutrino) Scattering in Quasi-Elastic Region
Strange quark contributions to elastic neutrino–nucleon scattering and neutrino–nucleus scattering for 12 C target in quasi-elastic region are investigated on the incident energy of 500 MeV within

Two-body exchange current operators which treat {ital all} SU(3) vector and axial currents on an equal footing are constructed by generalizing the soft-pion dominance method of Chemtob and Rho.
Electromagnetic Form Factors of the Nucleon in an Improved Quark Model
Nucleon electromagnetic form factors are studied in the cloudy bag model (CBM) with center-of-mass and recoil corrections. This is the first presentation of a full set of nucleon form factors using

This work examines how nuclear-structure effects, such as relativistic random-phase-approximation (RPA) corrections and momentum-dependent nucleon self-energies, influence the extraction of the axial form factor of the nucleon.
