Abstract This study was designed to investigate the effect of choline, folic acid, and vitamin B 12 supplementation on yolk phosphatidylcholine (yolk-PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (yolk-PE) concentration in laying hens, and to examine the subsequent production performance, and egg quality.
