Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were fed chemically and immunologically defined diets containing either a low-temperature fish meal or soybean preparations containing high (SBM) or low levels of the globular antigenic proteins glycinin (G) and beta-conglycinin (BC) for 26 weeks.
