A nice little paper that also appeared in the Talking Points section at the beginning of the journal. "... hospital administrators... would they choose to have their gallstones removed by a surgeon who had been up all night?" Lancet editors also have a wry sense of irony since opposite on page 1190 is a paper by DNJL!
