Objective: To investigate the mechanism of GBC-SD(gallbladder cell-Shandong) apoptosis induced by Rubescensine A. Methods: The presence and pathogenesis of apoptosis were demonstrated by the method of MTT, convert microscopy, electron microscopy, flow cytometry, immunohistochemical assay and spectrofluorometry.
