[Effect of reactivity disorders on the healing process in myocardial infarction].

Abstract

Normo-, hyper-, and hyporeactive myocardial infarction was modelled in experiments on 38 dogs. Reactivity disorders complicating healing of the infarct are mediated through desynchronization of the necrotic and reparative processes. Increase of reactivity leads to acceleration, while its diminution leads to deceleration of the necrotic processes with delay… (More)
