AIM: To study the prevention and treatment of rIL 2 on postburn sepsis. METHODS: The method of burn and cecal ligation puncture (CLP) to reconstruct model in mice were used and the effects of rIL 2 on the cellular immune function in murine models and patients were observed in vitro.
