Abstract

Opiates, morphine and [D-Ala2-D-Leu5]-enkephalin (DADLE), inhibited the K+-stimulated release of cholecystokinin (CCK) from the hypothalamus of both Zucker obese (fa/fa) and lean (Fa/-) rats, in vitro.
