Abstract

In 59 patients with mild or moderate essential hypertension effects of propranolol and hydrochlorothiazide on serum lipids, fibrynogen, glucose and uric acid concentrations as well as serum euglobulins fibrynolysis time were studied. 36 patients received propranolol and 23 subjects hydrochlorothiazide.
