Effect of keto defects on the electrical properties of fluorene-based oligomers

Abstract

The effect of ketonic defects on electrical properties, i.e., the performance of organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) was examined in fluorene end capped fused bithiophene oligomers (BFTT).
