We calculate the non-reciprocal critical current of disordered Rashba superconductors. We show that disorder only weakly suppresses the supercurrent diode effect in such systems. This effect can, therefore, be realized even in disordered materials and hybrid structures. From our findings we propose a layered hybrid structure which works as superconducting diode, even at zero applied magnetic field.
