STATEMENT OF PROBLEM Fracture of all-ceramic fixed partial dentures (FPDs) tends to occur in the connector area. PURPOSE The objective of this study was to test the hypothesis that the radii of curvature at the connector affects the fracture resistance of 3-unit FPDs.
