Fourteen patients with neuroleptic-induced oculogyric crisis resistant to antiparkinsonian drugs were treated with oral clonazepam. The neuroleptic-induced oculogyric crisis was completely inhibited by clonazepam in 10 patients, moderately inhibited in 2, slightly inhibited in 1, and not changed in 1.
